Spin Class Woo! Woo!

So I decided to go to spin last night. I love the spin class because of the intensity. So there I am spinning away, sweating...part of me wanting to die...legs burning...then finally it's time for cool down...now that's where the problem begins. I start to feel the churning in my stomach...I tell myself just breath...there's only 8 minutes left...then I decided that I wasn't going to make it. I surveyed the room for a trash can, knowing I would never make all the way across the gym to the bathroom...ummm...sorry people by the can! So up came my mango I had eaten an hour ago. Does that mean I burned double calories...the ones on the bike and the ones in the can? Moral of the story don't eat before spin class, for everyone's sake!

What to do...hmmm..

So last week I was feeling a little bored...Beverlee had already gone to BK...so that left Molly and I. I decided to torture her a bit....what a sweet face...don't be fooled...


She tolerated me putting this beanie on her as long as I would scratch under her chin...I thought it was a little funny...she looks kinda gangsta.

Fun at T-ball

Jordan and William decided it would be fun to climb the backstop while waiting for Logan's T-ball game to start. Definately part monkey!

I also went to the boy's T-ball game and forced Grandma Mickey to go. She had a good time even though she won't admit it.
