Summertime!

This past week I had a awful cold that took me out for four days. No fun. At all. On Saturday, day 5, I felt 90% better, I mean like a person again, whoa! It was so great, I decided to enjoy the 100 degree weather. It was my first time in my pool. Yay, for summer!

FHE - Bonfire

Much to our dismay, Kelli, Jared, and I have been called to our mid-singles adult committee. What this means is, we now have to participate in the activities. What we learned is, we should have attended on our own! Shoot!
Recently we had a bonfire activity....it was fun...Kelli and I had a great time jumping on the tramp once everyone left! Good times! Everyone should have a trampoline. Why do we ever grow up, being a kid is WAY more fun! Sadly Jared missed it, he had to leave early (No, means No! Showed up).

Kelli and I have the same shoes, GAP clearance, baby!

Easter

I was not able to go home for Easter this year. Sigh, sad. But I had a great time with my friends. We had yummy food and wonderful time dying eggs, talking, and of course laughing.

Flat Stanley was there too!

Utah Trip

I was able to visit Mary, Matt and the kids in Utah a couple of weeks ago. I had a great time hanging out. I was able to visit Don in the hospital, it was great to see him and chat for a bit. I was so happy to hear they found a bone marrow match! Yay! I pray and hope his recover continues.

Side Note: Every one should participate in the Bone Marrow Registry. You really could be the answer to someone's prayer. Submitting your profile requires filling out a questionnaire similar to the one they require for blood donation, they then mail you 4 cotton swabs, you swab the inside of your cheek and then mail it back in the prepaid package. It is so simple. Go do it, already!!!! Click here!

The Kiddos

Alice - this little girl is a mover and a shaker, and cute as can be!
Thanks for letting me be a Spillman for a couple of days!
