Trip to Vegas

This last week I had the oportunity to go to Vegas on a work trip. Free hotel and flight, sCoRe!!! My co-worker Angie and I stayed at the Manadalay Bay for the Interopt Expo. Which was HUGE! I was shocked how big the convention center was.

Why were we there? My department is launching a new online masters program. So Angie, Bob, and I were there to recruit individuals for the program. I rather enjoyed working the Expo...it was a fantastic break from the cubical!

While I was in Vegas I was able to visit with my friends Micah and Amy & Nik and their handsome little one, Benjamin. It was great to see everyone and spend sometime catching up. If only it had been longer, sigh.

I also visted the Shark Reef with Angie. Angie has a facination with the toothy creatures...ummm....as long as they are behind glass.
